About Me

Hi, there!

My name's Becca and I'm so glad that you're here.

I received my master's degree in social work from the University of Michigan in 2017 and have received certification as a trauma professional (CCTP) and advanced certification in grief counseling (CAGCS).  I have had over 8 years experience working with people who are navigating some of life's biggest challenges, including people receiving hospice care and folks who are grieving the death of a loved one or a new transition in their life.

I specialize in treating individuals who are experiencing grief & loss, anxiety, and/or low self-esteem, as well as those wishing to improve their overall well-being.

My Approach With Clients

I offer calm, nurturing, and compassionate support in sessions with clients.

I incorporate a person-centered approach to meet you where you’re at now; learning about your life and the concerns that have brought you to therapy and working with you to come up with a plan that helps you reach your goals.

In sessions, I utilize a holistic approach, combining education and evidence-based modalities to create a safe and nurturing virtual space for you to explore your experiences and feelings, and learn healthy ways of coping to facilitate healing.
